Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
